An endless supply of Heartless and Nobodies pours through the streets of The World That Never Was, this is due to the proximity of the world to Kingdom Hearts. Here an organization of Nobodies controls the world from a massive floating fortress that shadows Dark City. Within the city, there is another segment that is sleeping, and here one can find any number of powerful Dream Eaters. The sleeping world consists of the Dark City and many distortions of it with buildings that will launch you higher up.
